Passenger Experience Analyst

As a passenger experience analyst, you will be:

  • Interpreting passenger feedback data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
  • Using passenger experience stories and benchmarks to develop programs that have a strong impact on passenger positive experience and commuting delight
  • Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases to enrich current core information from passenger experiences (e.g. weather, traffic)

Responsibilities

  • Interpreting passenger feedback data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Using passenger experience stories and benchmarks to develop programs that have a strong impact on passenger positive experience and commuting delight
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel pivot tables)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to learn new platforms (e.g. Metabase) that are core to the organization’s data offerings
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
